For remortgage transactions the charge will be £400 plus VAT
For shared ownership sales/purchases the charge will be £650 plus VAT
​For shared ownership sales including final staircasing the charge will be £750 plus VAT
For anyone taking advantage of the "Help to Buy" Scheme an additional £225 plus VAT will apply.
